Therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and substance use—with cultural responsiveness and compassion.
You may look like you’re managing on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, low, or emotionally drained. Depression, stress, past experiences, or major life transitions can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself or stuck in patterns around mood or substance use that no longer feel helpful. Many people I work with want more than just coping—they want lasting change, balance, and a greater sense of control in their lives.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, trauma, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable, and motivated, yet feel overwhelmed or discouraged despite their efforts. I have a strong commitment to culturally responsive care and support individuals balancing multiple identities, expectations, and life pressures.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, grounded, and compassionate. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, tailoring our work to your unique experiences, goals, and pace. Therapy is not about judgment or quick fixes—it’s about understanding patterns, building insight, and developing tools that support meaningful, sustainable change.
I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and strive to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and supportive.
If you’re considering therapy but feel unsure where to start, that’s okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin—just a willingness to take the next step when you’re ready.
