Asmaa Elbendary is an empathetic psychotherapist with a strong background in crisis intervention, psychological evaluations, and clinical counseling. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Counseling and Psychology from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology at Adler University.
Asmaa provides bilingual care in English and Arabic, offering a culturally informed approach to therapy that supports individuals and families navigating trauma, anxiety, identity, and life transitions. Her experience spans outpatient clinics, virtual therapy, social work, and disability services—giving her a well-rounded perspective on client needs.
