What if you don't accept my insurance?

Please note that if your insurance is out of network, your payment is due at the time of service, and any reimbursement will be mailed directly to you.  For more info on whether your insurance will be accepted, we encourage you to call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions:

  • What is my out-of-network deductible for outpatient mental health?

  • How much of my deductible has been met this year?

  • What is my out-of-network coinsurance for outpatient mental health?

  • Do I need a referral for out-of-network services?

What are your private pay options?

If you choose our private pay option, we will not need to submit documentation to your insurance company; what you share is confidential. This allows us to focus our time on you and avoid hours of time with insurance companies.

How much does a session cost?

Assessment                                  $200

60 Minute session                        $135

45 Minute session                        $115

30 Minute session                        $100

No-show or late cancellation       $50

Is the initial consultation free?

Yes! We understand the importance of finding the right fit and want to help you with this process! 

This service helps clients decide which services will help them or their loved ones. This also gives the clients an opportunity to connect with licensed psychotherapists who will provide them with appropriate resources that will fit their needs. Clients can request to schedule 15 minutes free consultation with a licensed psychotherapist via zoom using our contact form.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, it must be done 24 hours in advance. After that time, a fee of $50 is due. We can make exceptions due to extenuating circumstances, and fees due to illness are waived in full.
