Intensive Outpatient Treatment
At Bridge Healing Center, our IOP addiction treatment program is a comprehensive and immersive experience designed to provide individuals with the tools and support they need to overcome addiction, manage their mental health, and embark on a path to lasting recovery. Our program is rooted in evidence-based practices, compassion, and individualized care, creating a healing environment where transformation is possible.
Our treatment program takes place in a welcoming setting, carefully designed to foster a sense of comfort and security. We believe that a peaceful environment is essential for the healing process.
Bridge Healing Center also offers a male-only lodging option for clients who need a place to reside while undergoing intensive addiction recovery.

Our treatment approach is centered on compassion, evidence-based practices, cultural specificity, and individualized care, with a strong focus on addressing a critical issue we've identified: the tendency for individuals to isolate themselves from family and other sources of support once they leave their treatment program.
Eligibility Criteria
We understand that not everyone may require or be eligible for IOP treatment. To ensure that individuals receive the level of care that suits their needs, we have specific eligibility criteria in place:
Assessment:
Eligibility is determined through a thorough assessment by our clinical team. This assessment considers the severity of addiction, co-occurring mental health issues, and individual circumstances.
Medical Stability:
Clients should be medically stable and able to participate in an IOP treatment program.
Substance Use Disorder:
Individuals struggling with substance use disorders, including alcohol, opioids, stimulants, or other substances, are eligible for our IOP treatment program.
Program Length
The duration of IOP treatment at Bridge Healing Center varies slightly depending on individual needs and progress. However, a typical stay in our program is 90 days. Our flexible approach ensures that each client receives the appropriate amount of time to work on their recovery goals.
After 3 months of steady progress within the IOP program, clients will have the opportunity to engage in our step-down program and outpatient treatment. Once programming is complete, clients can continue with mental health services with their providers.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helping patients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors.
Group Therapy: Providing a supportive community where individuals can share their experiences and learn from one another.
Individual Counseling: Tailoring treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
Family Education & Support: Involving loved ones in the recovery process to rebuild supportive relationships.
Virtual Psychiatry: addressing the medication needs of clients to support their recovery and mental health.
