Individual Counseling
Reaching out for help when you're struggling with mental health is hard. Our staff provides individual services for those struggling with adjustment difficulties, stress, anxiety, Bipolar, depression, eating disorders, PTSD, grief/loss, behavioral issues, ADHD, relationship issues, and substance abuse. We are here for you.
Family Counseling
Sometimes families have to work through problems. And that's okay. We offer Family Counseling sessions to help parents and kids work through problems and improve communication skills. As part of this session, we provide parent education and training. Our team of clinicians come with years of experience working in the school system.
Play Therapy for Children
Kids just need to play sometimes. Our play therapy services are designed with that in mind. Play therapy provides a safe outlet to help children work through difficult experiences and develop coping strategies. This session is facilitated in a supportive environment by our team of trained, and experienced therapists.
FREE Consultation
When you're struggling with mental health, it can be hard to ask for help. Our approach is one of empathy and compassion. We offer Initial Consultation sessions at no cost.

Creating customized plan for therapy
Group Counseling
Talking through problems with other people provides a sense of community and encouragement. You don't have to struggle alone. Our Group Counseling sessions allow clients to talk through their issues, while providing support and feedback to each other. These sessions are guided by our team of psychotherapists.
